So Happy I Could Die.

I haven't been on here in so long. I feel bad. I feel like I have neglected my blog. To be honest though, nothing much has happened in my life since I last blogged. I have become so much more serious about my photography. It's scary really. I've had a great opportunity pop up, but I'm scared to talk about it incase I jinx it. I already told one person and I'm sure he's going to steal my opportunity. I've been having wierd dreams lately too. A few nights ago I dreamt that I was going to die. I've heard that if you die in a dream you die in real life... so the me in the dream knew this and was desperatley trying to wake me up. Luckily, I woke up quite confused and scared.
Another recent dream was where I ran away from home and sailed into the sunset on one of Albert Park's swan pedal boats. It's quite a disapointment that I woke up before reaching any land (N).
But possibly the best dream so far, and by far the wierdest was last night's dream. Basically, I was in a strange world where the sky was yellow and the ground was red. I was surrounded by pink and blue sheep and huge, green giraffes. And then in the distance I heard someone singing So Happy I Could Die by Lady GaGa. I followed the voice, and the sheep and giraffes followed me. When I reached the place the voice was coming from, I found Lady GaGa impersonating Lady Godiva, sitting upon her steed, which was a 6 foot crocodile. GaGa then told me to get in the side car attached to her crocodile and then I woke up as we were running away, still being pursued by the sheep and giraffes...
Oh well, dream land beckons once again, see ya'll next time.

Today=Yawwwn.

Bonjour. I'm at college right now and I've been writing for quite a while. I seem to have reached that point where you just keep repeating yourself over and over again. I must have talked about how I want to use origami birds in my photoshoot about 6 thousand times. Ugh. Ugh ugh ugh. Just let me go home. I have about fifteen minutes left to go and all I really want is to go home and eat. I've literally ate a sausage and bacon sandwich today, and that is all. Oh, and a crisp. This day has gone at a snail's pace and I really can't take it anymore. I have a stupid book cover project due in next week and I have to work on Saturday and I think soon I will just combust. Let's just hope that when I get home tonight that my putting-the-film-in-the-camera skills are not too rusty, otherwise, I am officially screwed. Crycrycry. I'm going to go and boil my head now, Ciao for now xo

I'm kissing goodbye to my blogger virginity!

So this is my first time ever creating a blog. And to tell the truth, it's rather exciting. I've wanted a blog for so long, and now it's finally happened. Woohoo! So, I've had the most laziest day ever today. I've basically skipped off work due to an illness, and the most productive thing I've done is listen to music. I guess that's not a bad thing though...
I guess I should just talk about myself in this first blog. My name is Sophie Smith. I'm 17 years old and I live in the smallest town in the North East of England. It's called Redcar, and although it is under near constant cover of rain and clouds, it's kind of like an undiscovered gem. The coastline and surrounding countryside is great for a start. If you erased all the awful, trashy chavs* who have dispicable fashion sense, the vandalism and the littering, then Redcar could be considered a pretty cool place. Also, the fact that nothing really exciting happens here is a bit of a problem. Maybe a music festival with good bands and not the pathetic, rubbish local bands could sort out the problems. But back to me. I have dark brown hair, which I'm determined to have bleached blonde a lá Lady GaGa by my 18th birthday. My eyes are a very strange colour. They are like, green with a strange yellowey colour around my pupil. Mhm. Very wierd, don't you think?
I totally have huge respect for Pixie Lott, Lauren Conrad and Stephanie Pratt. Their sense of style is the best I've seen. And of course, GaGa really is a bit of an idol to me. Of course, she stays true to herself and her outrageous fashion sense. She is not afraid to be who she wants to be and I really think that is very commendable.
I don't really watch a lot of TV. I prefer to read books and magazines. My favourite books are the amazing Twilight Saga. I actually love them. Once I start reading them I find it unbearable to put them down. I also love my fashion mags. Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazarr. Mmmmm.
When I do find time to watch TV, it's always The Hills, The City or The X Factor, which, for those of you that aren't aquainted with it, is a reality talent/singing show. It's possibly the best one in Britain and is responsible for global superstar Leona Lewis and rising stars Alexandra Burke and runners up, JLS. I am also partial to a bit of Wizards of Waverly Place.
My all time favourite movies are The Lion King, Pulp Fiction, Romeo and Juliet (the newest one. The old one, in my opinion, is on screen trash) and all the Jurassic Park movies.
When it comes to music, my taste varies radically. My favourite bands/artists include The Black Eyed Peas, Band of Horses, Paramore, The Saturdays, Lady GaGa, La Roux, Alicia Keyes, Rihanna, Motley Crue, ACDC, Eminem and The Veronica's. I'm sure this will change soon, my music taste always does.
Ok, so now you have a feel for the personality that runs Sophie Smith. Talk to me, give me feed back on how my first blog is, and hopefully my next blogs will all be much better on this and talking about something of worth! Peace out, dudes and dudettes xo
